A bequest to Chautauqua Blind Association, Inc. is as simple as an amendment (codicil) to your will stating one of three choices: “I give (exact dollar amount) or (percentage of my estate) or (remainder of my estate) to Chautauqua Blind Association, Inc., a non-profit, human service agency located in Jamestown, NY, USA.

Chautauqua Blind Association receives funding from United Way Northern and Southern Chautauqua County. Contributions to United Way through their workplace campaigns and their designated contribution program supports our organization, as well as other worthwhile community programs.
